My specialty is in Residential Resale in Prescott.   I enjoy serving YOU, both sellers and buyers, whether first time buyers, or those relocating to or from Prescott, or those wishing to sell to downsize, or investors looking for great deals, or homeowners in distress needing to sell their homes in a short sale.  I am a full time professional and have the focus, desire, and systems in place to accomplish your real estate goals.

I'm pleased that as a second year agent I was in the top 10% of Realty Executives Northern Arizona and the #3 top solo producer.  I feel that anything I can do to facilitate your buying and selling experience, I will do.  I work very hard to anticipate difficulties and either avoid them or figure out a solution before they become problems.  My commitment to service, honesty, keen attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and smiling demeanor are a perfect fit for the Real Estate profession.  

I understand the importance of staying current in my profession and I strive to learn as much as possible in all aspects of real estate. I do this not to simply put a slew of letters behind my name, but to best serve my clients!  I have taken the advanced education required to earn the designations of Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), ePro, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
